Just introduced in 2018, the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross is a stunning new addition to the Mitsubishi SUV lineup. For 2019, the Eclipse Cross continues with the same sophisticated styling and premium look and feel. There are five trim levels to choose from: ES, ES, S-AWC, LE S-AWC, SE S-AWC, and SEL S-AWC.
Under the hood, the Eclipse Cross has a turbocharged 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine rated at 152 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque. This is paired with a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) with 8-step Sport Moder, and all but the base ES 1.5T trim come standard with Super All-Wheel Control (S-AWC).
Inside, the Eclipse Cross boasts an upscale cabin with lots of nice details. Standard features include cruise control, automatic climate control, a rearview camera, Bluetooth® connectivity, a 7-inch touchscreen, and a USB port. Higher trims add features like Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™, satellite radio, and heated seats.
The SE S-AWC adds a host of advanced safety features including Blind Spot Warning (BSW) with Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA) and Lane Change Assist (LCA), and a Mitsubishi Connect Telematic System that adds an SOS emergency button. At the top of the lineup, the SEL S-AWC model is available with Automatic High Beam (AHB) headlights, Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), and Forward Collision Mitigation (FCM).
